if anyone doesn't know where this marilyn manson song came from.

riff 1 (verse riff: low volume with flanger. I'm pretty sure this is
right but theres some synth going along with it that makes it kind of
hard to hear the whole riff)

effect.  the same sounding effect from kinderfeld and wormboy where
